Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the cg222 platform — including registering an account, logging in, placing bets, claiming bonuses, or depositing funds — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and cg222 ("the Platform"). If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must not use the cg222 platform.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by additional policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these T&C and a supplementary policy, these T&C shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

Eligibility

• Each individual may hold only one cg222 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether in the same name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• cg222 reserves the right to decline registration or close an account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, in circumstances where cg222 has reason to believe the eligibility criteria are not met.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

When registering a cg222 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

• You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any verification codes sent to your registered mobile number — strictly confidential. Do not share these with any other person.
• You must notify cg222 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised.
• cg222 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure or from your voluntary disclosure of credentials to a third party.
• cg222 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures at account opening and at any subsequent point. You agree to cooperate with any KYC request and to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by cg222.
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. cg222 is not liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from the application of KYC procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cg222 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cg222 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no minimum withdrawal amount unless specified in an active promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your cg222 account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. cg222 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Requests are typically processed within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• cg222 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification (KYC) or pending investigation of suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity.
• You must only use payment methods that belong to you. Use of payment methods belonging to third parties is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

cg222 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any related winnings or bonus balance can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple for each offer is stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses may only be used by the player to whom they were issued. Transferring, selling, or assigning bonuses to another account is prohibited.
• cg222 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the platform or via their registered contact details.
• cg222 may at its sole discretion refuse, cancel, or reclaim a bonus where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the game and time period specified in the individual offer. Unused free spins expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be replaced.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gameplay at cg222 are subject to the rules of the specific game or market in which the wager is placed, as well as the general rules set out in this section. In the event of a discrepancy, the game-specific rules shall take precedence.

• All bets are final once confirmed. cg222 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances of a documented technical error on the part of the Platform.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game or sports betting event, cg222 will settle bets in accordance with the outcome recorded at the time the failure occurred, or void the bet entirely if no outcome can be determined, at cg222's sole discretion.
• Winnings from sports betting are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted. Subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.
• cg222 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of price manipulation, match-fixing, or other forms of cheating, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

cg222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to use these tools or to contact cg222 support.

• You may request a deposit limit on your cg222 account at any time by contacting support. Deposit limits take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• You may request a self-exclusion from cg222 for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, your account will not accept deposits or bets.
• cg222 will not send promotional communications to a player who has self-excluded for the duration of their exclusion period.
• All players must be 21 years of age or older. cg222 will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling, including age verification during registration and in response to any support flag.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cg222 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Opening more than one account, including accounts registered under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, payment fraud, identity fraud, or providing false information during registration or KYC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the cg222 platform without prior written authorisation from cg222. Unauthorised use of platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be actioned accordingly.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cg222's liability to you in connection with the platform and its services is limited as follows.

• cg222 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
• cg222 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors, or that defects will be corrected within any specified timeframe.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Section 11

Amendments to These Terms

cg222 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, cg222 will publish the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date and will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered contact details within a reasonable period before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the cg222 platform after amended terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting cg222 support.
